In our Stakeholder Intelligence & Engagement Team, we assist our clients in understanding their stakeholders through quantitative and qualitative data analysis and in reaching them with tailored strategies across all communicative touchpoints, convincing them of our clients' objectives.

Join our team in Berlin as a

Senior Data Analyst (all genders) Data & Insights, Stakeholder Intelligence & Engagement

to help us build data products for our clients and for internal use by our analysts and consultants. One of the data products in the suite, with which you will be directly involved, is ReputationIQ. The tool processes and analyses survey data to quantify our clients’ reputation, explain the drivers behind it and make this information accessible via dashboards.

What tasks can you look forward to?

  • Improving the data pipeline, existing data models and the LookML semantic layer to support ReputationIQ feature development since our data stack acts as a backend and is crucial to the product success.

  • Developing our self-service analytics setup and assisting internal teams of analysts and consultants in using it effectively.

  • Collaborating with the rest of the team to break down business requirements into smaller deliverables.

  • Working on proposals to further improve the product.

  • Educating and elevating the analytical skills within internal teams.

What should you bring along?

  • You have a proven track record in working on (ideally leading) various data initiatives. While primarily a hands-on role, the capacity to see the big picture and connect the dots, communicate effectively, and be proactive is essential.

  • You know SQL very well and have experience in translating business requirements into data models.

  • You can conceptualize a final solution, yet you know how to break it down into smaller pieces and implement iteratively.

  • You are a team player and you have excellent communication skills. Your English is at business proficiency level; business proficiency in German is a plus.

  • You have experience in working with business stakeholders and helping them to use data effectively.

  • You are willing to acquire additional technical skills to help with the maintenance and development of our data infrastructure.

  • You have experience in working with BigQuery, Dataform, Looker and Github.

  • You have strong data visualization skills.
