Social Media Marketing Manager

In line with our growth strategy, and to further strengthen our marketing team, we are seeking to the next possible date a talented and experienced Social Media Marketing Manager for Continental Europe. As the Social Media Marketing Manager, you will lead the development and implementation of our social media strategy, manage our social media accounts, drive engagement and growth across various social media platforms, and create engaging content.

Which tasks can you look forward to?

  • Enhance and execute a comprehensive social media & digital marketing strategy to increase our brand awareness

  • Manage and oversee all social media accounts, including content creation, posting and target audience engagement

  • Develop a CRM strategy and drive implementation in close collaboration with the marketing team in Continental Europe

  • Create compelling content, including text, images and videos that resonate with our target audience

  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media marketing and implement best practices

  • Strong collaboration with the regional and global marketing team and our in-house design team to integrate social media into broader marketing campaigns

  • Conduct competitive research and benchmarking to identify opportunities for growth

  • Manage social media advertising campaigns and budgets to achieve ROI

  • Collaboration with internal stakeholders and external agencies

What you should bring along?

  • University degree, Bachelor or Master, in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field

  • At least 3 - 5 years proven professional experience in B2B social media & digital marketing, with a track record of managing successful campaigns

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices

  • In-depth knowledge of SEO/SEM and proven content marketing skills

  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms, and CRM systems – knowledge of MS Dynamics would be a plus

  • Strategic and creative thinker with a keen eye for visual design and storytelling - experiences with Adobe XD and/or FIGMA would be a plus

  • Business fluent German and English in spoken and written is mandatory

  • Good understanding of the consulting service market, and excellent understanding of how to translate thought leadership topics into compelling and engaging content

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Keen service mentality with a holistic view for the overall marketing strategy
