Recently returned back to her hometown of New York following a two-year stint in London. Loves tennis and cooking for friends and family.
Claire Keyte is a Director in the New York office. Since joining the firm, Claire has provided strategic communications support to public and private organizations on a variety of transactions and special situations, including mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, proxy contests, litigation, executive leadership transitions and long-term corporate positioning.
Claire’s notable assignments include providing support to: Deutsche Bank on its acquisition of Numis; Moderna on its IPO on NASDAQ; Permira on all of the firm’s U.S. communications and transactions since 2017, including the acquisitions and/or exits of McAfee, Zendesk, DiversiTech, LSNE, BFY Brands and Magento; and Oaktree Capital on ongoing corporate positioning and media relations, including the announcement of Brookfield’s acquisition of a majority stake.
Prior to joining the firm, Claire worked as an intern in the partnership marketing department at the National Hockey League in New York. Previously, she interned at SVC in 2015.
Claire graduated from Hamilton College with a B.A. in English and a minor in Economics.
