James has worked with some of the world's most high-profile media brands, sports governing bodies, technology and talent.

Based in Dubai since 2019, he has led a wide range of campaigns across the Middle East, helping to change perceptions of the region across the world. His resume includes football, cricket, boxing, motorsport and golf and he boasts strong relations with many of the key stakeholders in the region and beyond.

Notable campaigns he has led include Anthony Joshua’s historic fights with Oleksandr Usyk and Andy Ruiz Jr, Jake Paul v Tommy Fury, Saudi Arabian Football Federation and Saudi Pro League, as well as Coca-Cola’s partnership with the FIFA World Cup Trophy Tour 2022.

Before joining H+K in 2019, James spent 16 years at Sky where he was director of consumer comms, leading the PR for its sports, news and cinema channels, Sky Ocean Rescue and other business priorities.

More recently, James was Head of Communications for England & Wales Cricket Board, devising and implementing the communications strategy for The Hundred, which launched in the summer of 2021.
