Katrin Häbel works as a Managing Director at the Frankfurt office of FGS Global and has multiple years’ experience in managing employee and leadership communication. As a change specialist, she designs and implements approaches supporting companies to engage and empower their employees in transformation processes – whether it is strategic realignments, post merger integration, cultural change or digital transformation. In addition, Katrin brings strong expertise in accompanying workforce changes and facility closures.
At FGS Global, she is active in the practice group Transformation & Change, where she particularly drives forward the areas Employee Engagement & Workplace Issues and Post Merger Integration on a European level. She has advised major corporates, large mid-market firms and family-owned companies from different sectors, for example financial services, manufacturing, energy and retail.
Earlier in her career, Katrin focused on corporate positioning and crisis management and led projects covering a broad range of special situations and litigation issues. Katrin holds a Masters degree in Mass Communication, German language and literature and North American studies and studied at the University of Mainz and the American University in Washington D.C.
