Before joining FGS Global, she worked for MUFG Bank where she gained extensive knowledge and experience in Internal Audit and she has been a Certified Internal Auditor since 2004. In recent years, she led the Tokyo internal audit team on a global project to integrate and roll out Internal Audit Methodology throughout the bank.
She also worked in the strategic planning functions of international business-related divisions such as country risk management and global credit policy, as well as planning and opening new Asian offices to support senior executives.
During her banking career, Mihoko has worked in London and New York. She has also lived in San Francisco and Hong Kong and graduated from the University of Tsukuba with a Major in International Relations.
