Nathalie joined the Paris office as Partner, Part of the Corporate & Transaction Communication-Team and is a skilled strategic communications advisor with a multi-faceted background.
At Havas Paris, Nathalie was responsible for Strategic and Financial Communications and proved her ability to develop strong relationships across cultures in fast-paced environments.
Nathalie is passionate about Modern and Contemporary Arts, Design and Architecture. In her spare time, Nathalie enjoys inventing bedtime stories for her two young children and is a keen runner and swimmer.
Nathalie Falco advised on some of the most high-profile transactions in France, most recently Alstom in its acquisition of Bombardier Transport and Veolia in its successful takeover of SUEZ while previously at Havas Paris. Her focus is on capital markets communications as well as CEO positioning and restructuring communications. Prior to returning to France, she worked in London for 15 years, including at Maitland and Brunswick. She had started her career in investment banking at Bear Stearns in London. Nathalie Falco studied Economics and English at the Universities of Paris Nanterre and Madrid Complutense and holds a Master in Corporate Finance from EM Lyon Business School. In addition to English and French, Nathalie speaks Italian, Spanish and has a good understanding of German.
