Rene is a Managing Director in Beijing and specializes in Investor Relations and Capital market engagement. She joined the firm in 2022 with 15 years’ progressive experience in corporate communications, both from agencies and in-house.
Prior to joining FGS Global, Rene worked as Head of IR at a number of private and public companies, namely 21Vianet (Nasdaq: VNET), Pintec (Nasdaq: PT), Car Inc.(0699.HK), leading Chinese companies in various industries including data center services, fintech and car rental services. She oversaw corporate financing and investor engagement for these companies during critical corporate moments including IPO, company restructuring, and M&A.
Before that, Rene spent eight years advising multiple Chinese and MNC companies at communications and IR advisory firms including ICR Inc., and Brunswick Group.
Rene holds a B.A. in English Language and Literature from Peking University.
