Stephanie is a Partner in the New York office. She advises clients and high-profile individuals on special situations and crisis communications, including litigation support, reputation issues and management changes. She has worked for many leading Fortune 500 companies advising on mergers and acquisitions, asset sales, joint ventures, initial public offerings and spin-offs, as well as in the creation, management and execution of ongoing corporate positioning and media relations programs. Stephanie has significant experience in the media and entertainment industry, advising Univision Communications in its sale to an investor group, Twenty-First Century Fox on the sale of its movie and television studios, regional sports network and international holdings to Disney and spin-off of its new assets. the Viacom Special Committee on its merger discussions with CBS Corporation and Gannett in its split into TEGNA and Gannett and subsequent spin-off of Cars.com. She also worked with leading hospitality companies, including Starwood in its sale to Marriott Hotels, Hyatt in its transformation and Morgan Hotels in its sale to SBE Entertainment Group. She advised Revlon on its CEO succession, Bacardi on various leadership changes and several leading private equity firms in connection with complex transactions. Earlier in her career, Stephanie worked at Giles Communications, a public relations and marketing communications firm specializing in the music, entertainment and technology industries, where she worked with Yamaha as they launched their Disklavier piano and with the Recording Industry to promote music in schools. Stephanie holds a B.A. in International Business from Lehigh University.
