Our Challenge

After a January 2025 executive order aimed at rolling back Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives, organizations all over the country — including companies, universities, and nonprofits — scrambled to assess DEI-related practices and commitments to avoid violating federal civil rights or contracting rules.   A leading national university turned to FGS Global for help assessing and mitigating their digital risk in the face of this rapidly shifting landscape. This meant a comprehensive content evaluation of more than 450 web properties, encompassing hundreds of thousands of pages.

Our Solution

FGS Global built an AI-powered analysis tool that classifies content into distinct categories, scoring each page based on relevance and impact across key categories — including DEI — and highlights elements most likely to generate attention.
 
A client dashboard allows the university to sort, filter, and flag key pages needing attention. It also enables the university to track content reviews and generate large-scale reporting within hours — allowing our team to analyze and validate the findings within weeks.
 
This is work that would have taken dozens of people a full year to complete before AI; the tool has now been leveraged to analyze web content for additional organizations, and has been broadened to encompass bespoke content analysis beyond DEI.
