Ferrero Safe Kids

The Challenge

To raise awareness of age grade labelling, Ferrero needed a way to promote their message on age-appropriate toys. To do this, they sought to create a campaign targeting parents with children 3 - 12 years old to educate them on the importance of age-grade labels.

Our Solution

Centered on a multi-phase approach and informed by focus group research, FGS Global executed an advertising campaign alongside Ferrero’s partner, Safe Kids Worldwide. The campaign’s live-action video was filmed in a Brooklyn toy store and advises parents to “Read Before They Reach.” In addition, the Creative team designed supplementary 15-second video ads that ran on Facebook.

Results

The campaign garnered 41M impressions on Facebook from September 20 - October 31st, 2018. The video was viewed 8M times and drove 13K users to the Safe Kids Worldwide educational site.
