The Challenge
The MTA needed a way to inform LIRR riders how they would be affected by Amtrak’s emergency repair work at Penn Station over the summer. FGS Global was brought on to create and implement a multichannel communications plan.
Our Solution
FGS Global’s Creative team designed and produced a variety of creative materials to support these communication strategies and help broadcast key messages about summer service disruptions.
Results
The MTA was able to reach riders through a variety of means, including a print ad in Newsday, in-station posters and signage, a television commercial, radio ad, digital banners, social media ads and designated microsite (LIRRsummerSchedule.com).
