NFL Annual Player Health & Safety Report
The Challenge
The NFL’s annual Player Health and Safety Report demonstrates the league’s deep and diverse efforts at making football safer for players of all ages. Each year, the NFL needs support in producing this report with the goals of enhancing the reader experience, the look and feel, and opportunities for sharing.
Our Solution
FGS Global has produced the report for three consecutive years from 2015-2017. Each year, our team began by conducting interviews, and then going on to write and edited copy, create infographics, execute the design and layout, and coordinate printing.
The 2017 report, which highlights the League’s health and safety initiative, Play Smart. Play Safe, featured an interactive design where viewers could engage with different online components such as videos, graphic, and external links.
These reports outline the League’s demonstrated commitment to making the game safer. To help extend the reach of the report’s content, the Creative team designed a series of ads for use on the NFL’s social channels.
Results
Each report was revealed by the NFL’s medical leadership at a news conference and has been subsequently featured online at NFLHealthPlaybook.com.
