PAN Foundation
The Challenge
The Patient Access Network Foundation — PAN — is a non-profit supplying aid to people with serious illnesses, helping them afford their out-of-pocket treatment costs. Facing a dip in support after the passage of Medicare reforms in the Inflation Reduction Act, PAN engaged FGS Global to produce a series of videos and digital banners communicating the still-urgent need for PAN’s vital work and soliciting donations from select groups.
Our Solution

PAN had envisioned an animated explainer video, telling their story with infographics. We recommended a different approach: communicating empathy and transparency by focusing on the human element. Using a documentary-feature style, we connected audiences with real people who’ve benefitted directly from PAN’s assistance — and with PAN leaders able to give voice to its mission and work. FGS Global’s Video team directed, shot, edited, and delivered six films over the course of the project.
In a separate scope of work, the FGS Video team produced an evergreen animated short promotional video spotlighting PAN after it was named one of Fast Company’s Brands that Matter for 2023.
The FGS Global creative team produced a digital ad campaign targeting the decision-makers at select companies—legal, compliance and corporate affairs, charitable giving teams, among others—about why PAN is the best place for their donations. Ads were also promoted on social media.
