The Challenge

Rogers Sugar, a leading producer in the food sector, needed to elevate the quality and impact of its investor and sustainability communications. The company’s existing materials were fragmented, visually inconsistent, and lacked a cohesive narrative. Previous ESG reports did not align with actual company initiatives, and core messaging was not sustained throughout.

Our Solution

FGS Longview partnered with Rogers Sugar to reposition the company as a reliable, community-focused leader serving both businesses and households across Canada. To bring this vision to life, we developed a CGI annual report cover that transformed one of their key facilities into a welcoming neighbourhood home – complete with a front-door welcome mat and flower pot. Additionally, a 3D “Neighbourhood Map” illustrated the scope of their operations across North America. Photographic vignettes and bold infographics further humanized the supply chain and made complex information accessible and engaging.

The Results

The refreshed narrative and unified visual identity authentically reflect Rogers Sugar’s values and ESG priorities. Both English and French versions of the reports were delivered on schedule, and key visual elements have since been incorporated into other financial communications, reinforcing the company’s strategic messaging. Work is underway on the next integrated annual and ESG report for 2025.
