Eric Wachter brings nearly two decades of experience as a practicing attorney and strategic advisor to help clients solve complex problems and tell their stories. He specializes in developing communications solutions and strategies for organizations facing high-stakes crises, sensitive issues, significant litigation, government investigations, and public policy and regulatory challenges. He also helps organizations position themselves strategically with diverse audiences and navigate periods of change.

From sprawling litigation to high-profile regulatory investigations to delicate labor disputes, Eric helps clients see around corners and balance competing interests to achieve their big picture objectives. He has worked with companies, nonprofits, and trade associations in the health care, automotive, education, retail, media, technology, and industrials sectors, among others.

Previously, Eric worked as a litigation and government affairs attorney at King & Spalding LLP. His litigation practice focused on high-exposure mass tort, product liability, consumer fraud, commercial, and administrative cases, including class actions and attorney general actions. He also helped guide clients through Congressional and governmental investigations and worked in appellate practice and crisis management. Additionally, he was Associate Director of the Anti-Defamation League’s Washington, DC regional office, where he led communications and media relations, government advocacy, and operations.

Eric received a J.D. from Harvard Law School and a B.A. in Ethics, Politics, and Economics from Yale University. He served as law clerk to Judge Gerald Bard Tjoflat of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. He is a member of the Georgia and DC Bars.
