Mitali Atal is a Managing Director in Finsbury Glover Hering’s Dubai office.

She brings over 17 years of strategic communications experience across the financial services, retail/consumer, real estate and international development sectors.

Mitali has deep experience in developing 360-degree strategies for transaction communications, counselling C-suite executives around issues and reputation management, and helping firms leverage public-private partnerships to drive stakeholder value. She has a strong focus on ESG and has developed communication strategies for investment and portfolio management teams and partnered with strategic forums to bring ESG issues to the international stage.

At FGH, Mitali is working with listed and private clients on post-IPO communications, capital market transactions, and issues management.

Prior to her role at FGH, Mitali held senior communication positions in an emerging markets focused private equity firm and a regionally diversified retail and real estate conglomerate where she focused on transaction communications, CEO engagement, and strategic partnerships.

Mitali started her career in London in the international development sector where she worked for a global foundation.

Mitali holds a Master’s Degree in Development Studies from the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS), University of London.
