Nicky Bryan is a Director in FGS Global's New York office. Nicky has experience advising public, private, global, startup, private equity, venture capital and not-for-profit clients on a broad range of matters, including M&A transactions, capital markets, litigation, corporate positioning, profile-raising and media relations. Nicky’s clients span a wide array of industries, including technology, software, energy and resources and financial services.
Prior to joining FGS, Nicky practiced as a corporate lawyer at global law firm Linklaters for six years, where she specialized in domestic and cross-border M&A with general corporate, contractual, transactional, capital markets and corporate governance expertise. Nicky is registered as a Foreign Legal Consultant in New York and is admitted to the bar in Australia and New Zealand. Nicky received her J.D. equivalent and Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Marketing, from Victoria University of Wellington in New Zealand.
