Abby comes to FGS Global with deep expertise in strategic intelligence and a distinguished track record of leadership across government, financial services, and advisory roles.
Abby most recently served as Executive Director of AI Programs at the United States Department of Homeland Security (DHS), where she acted as principal advisor to the Chief Artificial Intelligence Officer, leading the strategy for department-wide efforts to deploy AI responsibly across the organization, achieving operational efficiencies and promoting nationwide AI safety and security. Abby also built and directed the Department’s Cyber Safety Review Board (CSRB), a first-of-its-kind public-private partnership responsible for after action reviews of major cyber incidents and was recognized with the DHS Secretary’s Award for her contributions.
Previously, Abby was a Vice President for Enterprise Risk at Goldman Sachs, where she advised the firm on global regulatory requirements and designed policy frameworks for cybersecurity, climate risk, operational resiliency, and AI/data governance. Her career spans Capitol Hill, federal agencies, and the private sector, with roles at the National Science Foundation, the Office of U.S. Senator Kirsten Gillibrand, and political campaigns. Abby holds an M.P.P. from Harvard University’s John F. Kennedy School of Government and a B.A. in Mathematics and English from Columbia University.
