Conan D’Arcy joins FGS Global as Partner

[London] – [August 20, 2025] – FGS Global, the world’s leading stakeholder strategy firm, strengthens its leadership team in London with Conan D’Arcy, who joins the firm as Partner. Based in London, Conan brings invaluable policy expertise across Technology, Media and Telecoms (TMT), bolstering FGS Global’s Public Affairs offering and complementing our established tech capabilities across geographies and practices.

Conan joins from Global Counsel, where he spent 10 years as Senior Practice Director for TMT, establishing and leading the global practice. In this role, he oversaw a team of consultants across London, Brussels and Washington DC and led work for tier one technology and telecoms companies, helping them understand and manage political, policy and regulatory risk in various jurisdictions. Earlier in his career, Conan worked as a Special Adviser to the UK Deputy Prime Minister on Trade and Innovation and served as an Adviser on EU Affairs for the Liberal Democrats. Prior to this, Conan worked as a Policy Adviser on the International Trade Committee for the ALDE Group (now Renew) and was an adviser to the Chair of the Economic and Monetary Affairs Committee in the European Parliament.

“I am delighted to welcome Conan to FGS Global. His decades-long experience in policy advisory and specialised knowledge will be instrumental in bringing additional value to our clients and is complementary to our existing tech expertise and leadership”, said Faeth Birch, CEO of UK, Middle East and Asia. “His appointment underscores our dedication to delivering outstanding results and pioneering new approaches within our Global Public Affairs work.”

Conan commented: “I am thrilled to be joining the brilliant team at FGS Global to consolidate the firm’s global tech expertise and deliver further value to our TMT clients. Technology companies and investors are facing a major period of disruption both politically, with increasingly divergent policy approaches across the Atlantic, and commercially, with AI and agentic AI in particular promising to transform industries and the workplace. Our team at FGS are poised to help our clients stay abreast of this changing (geo)political, policy and regulatory environment.”
