FGS Global has been appointed as a service provider for the SGX Value Unlock programme, under the Elevate Grant. This is a joint initiative by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) and the Singapore Exchange (SGX) designed to promote shareholder value among Singapore-listed companies by assessing key drivers of valuation and improving corporate strategy. Value Unlock is intended to help fundamentally strong but undervalued companies realise their full potential and achieve fair market valuation.
The programme forms part of Singapore's broader effort to strengthen its equities market. FGS Global is well placed to support eligible companies, combining deep local market knowledge through our Singapore team with global equity market experience.
Through the programme's Elevate Grant, eligible SGX-listed companies can receive 50% funding support for qualifying professional consultancy fees, capped at S$200,000 per company. FGS Global's support spans investor perception studies, independent shareholder analysis and targeting, equity narrative development, and capital markets day advisory.
This is a further endorsement of the recent strengthening of FGS Global's business in Singapore and Asia. Our market-leading capabilities in investor relations and capital markets, combined with expertise in public affairs and strategic communications, offer a unique value proposition for our clients in Singapore and Southeast Asia.
Harry Florry, Partner and Head of Singapore, said: “This is recognition of the hard work the team has put into growing our Equity Advisory and Investor Relations Advisory business across Asia. Singapore boasts a dynamic ecosystem of innovative and high-performing companies, and we are perfectly positioned to help them unlock sustainable value. Through this initiative, we look forward to offering strategic advice to a breadth of management teams looking to sharpen their equity story, deepen investor engagement and enhance valuation.”
