
Frankfurt – November 2025 –Daniel Röska is joining FGS Global, the world’s leading stakeholder strategy firm, as Partner in its Equity Advisory and Investor Relations Practice, effective November 1, 2025.
Daniel brings more than 20 years of experience at the intersection of corporate strategy and capital markets, with deep expertise in the global mobility sector. He joins FGS Global from Bernstein Research, where he spent the past decade as a top-ranked sell-side analyst, serving as a trusted advisor to institutional investors across EU, UK, and U.S. equities. Earlier in his career, as Head of Strategy at Lufthansa Airlines, he helped shape the company‘s transformation agenda, aligning corporate strategy with shareholder value creation. Before joining Lufthansa, Daniel led international strategy and restructuring projects for aviation and transportation clients at Booz Allen Hamilton (now Strategy&).

His appointment underscores FGS Global’s commitment to further strengthening its Equity Advisory and Investor Relations practice across Continental Europe, delivering strategic advice on all facets of capital markets communication. Daniel joins the team as the fifth partner in Europe, alongside Robert Vollrath in Frankfurt as well as Justin Shinebourne, Caroline Learmonth and Amy Platts in London.
