FGS Global strengthens its Singapore business with new leadership and expanded public affairs capability

SINGAPORE, 5 June 2026 – FGS Global, the leading global strategic communications and public affairs consultancy, today announces a significant strengthening of its Singapore business, with the appointment of Harry Florry as Head of Singapore and Andrew Yeo as Global Policy Partner Asia, alongside a team of experienced public affairs colleagues. This follows the appointment of Susan Ho as Asia Chair in January this year. Susan is also a Board Director of Mediacorp in Singapore.

Harry will lead the Singapore business and strengthen our Equity Advisory and Financial Transactions practices across Singapore and Southeast Asia. This aligns with regional equity market reforms and growing demand for trusted strategic advice from management teams looking to sharpen their equity story, deepen investor engagement and enhance valuation. It also builds on the recent expansion of FGS Global’s Equity Advisory and Investor Relations team across Asia.

Faeth Birch, CEO of UKMEA, FGS Global, said:

"Singapore is central to our Asia strategy and to our global ambitions. These appointments reflect our commitment to investing in exceptional leadership and deepening our strategic advisory capabilities for clients across the region. Harry's move to lead the Singapore business, combined with Andrew and his team joining us, gives clients genuine depth in capital markets, in public affairs, and in strategic communications."

Harry Florry, Partner and Head of Singapore, said:

"Singapore presents an exciting opportunity for us, as one of Asia's most dynamic markets that is undergoing significant transformation. Our market-leading offering meets increasing demand from clients for integrated expertise in investor relations and capital markets transactions. Combined with our strong capabilities in public affairs and strategic communications, we offer a unique proposition to deliver significant value for our clients in Singapore and Southeast Asia.”

Andrew Yeo, Global Policy Partner, said:

"The intersection of business and policy has never been more consequential for companies in Asia. FGS Global's depth across practices and its global reach give us the ability to deliver advice that is genuinely integrated and can help our clients succeed in moments of real impact and importance."

Harry Florry has relocated to Singapore, having spent the last 5 years at FGS Global in Hong Kong. He is a capital markets and investor relations adviser with over 16 years of experience in the equity markets across Asia, Europe and the Middle East. He has advised numerous companies on complex financial transactions, including IPOs and M&A, and brings extensive understanding of Asian capital markets and investor behaviour. Harry has worked closely with Singapore and Southeast Asian clients over the last 5 years and was previously an investment banker at Rothschild in Hong Kong, Dubai and London.

Andrew Yeo joins as Global Policy Partner Asia, with a remit spanning the region, bringing deep expertise in political risk, regulatory strategy and stakeholder engagement. He is joined by four colleagues: Managing Director Raihan Zulimran, formerly of MAS; Director Nicholas Lee, previously at Sea Limited and SGX Group; and Associate Directors Brendan Pinto, who worked at Singapore's Ministry of Finance, and Dedi Dinarto, an Indonesian policy expert.

The hires will give the Singapore business a scaled, integrated public affairs capability that is connected directly into FGS's Asia-wide and global network.
