April 2026 / Washington, DC — FGS Global (“FGS”), the world’s leading strategic leadership advisory firm, has named Cam Sadler as Managing Director in Washington, DC. Sadler joins FGS after serving as a Special Assistant to the President and Director of Operations for the White House Chief of Staff. In her role at FGS Global, Cam will advise clients on their most complex challenges, leveraging her deep understanding of the executive branch and her extensive network across public and private sectors.
Cam began her career at the heart of national politics, serving as director of operations at the Republican National Committee for Chiefs of Staff Richard Walters, Mike Reed, and Chris LaCivita. While at the RNC, Cam helped produce the Republican presidential primary debates.
After President Trump secured the nomination, Cam split her time between Washington, DC, and Palm Beach, as she worked in lockstep with LaCivita from the Milwaukee convention through the general election.
Cam built on her campaign role by joining Susie Wiles on the presidential transition team. She then entered the White House as a Special Assistant to the President and Wiles's lead aide, collaborating across federal departments and agencies to advance administration initiatives.
“Cam was at my side from the first day in the White House, and I will always be grateful for her help,” said White House Chief of Staff Susie Wiles. “Her understanding of the value of teamwork is unparalleled, and it served our team and me well. She will be a huge asset as people across the administration know her and value her dedication, abilities, and investment in relationships.”
Drawing on these experiences, Cam delivers clients direct insights from the administration's core.
“The platform Susie provided inspired my interest in government relations and advocacy. While in the White House, I regularly took on assignments requiring further strategic direction,” Sadler said. “This experience drives my work at FGS. Efficiency and precision are essential for connecting stakeholders with the right partners. It’s been a privilege to have served in the White House advancing the president’s agenda. Now, I am excited to take that experience and apply it to challenges from the other side of the desk.”
Sadler joins FGS Global at a moment of profound change, both domestically and internationally. Her record of accomplishment and her reputation for excellence will prove a tremendous benefit to her new colleagues and clients alike.
