
Berlin, July 1, 2026 – Jennifer Wilton will join FGS Global, the strategic leadership advisory firm, as a Partner on September 1, 2026, strengthening the firm's leadership team in strategy and reputation advisory. A former Editor-in-Chief of DIE WELT, she is one of the most distinguished figures in the German media market, with nearly two decades of senior editorial leadership experience.
At FGS Global, she will advise companies and executives on strategic positioning and reputation management in a rapidly changing information and media landscape.

Wilton began her journalistic career as a freelance contributor to Der Tagesspiegel, Der Spiegel, Die Zeit and the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung, and as a guest journalist at the Spanish daily El País. In 2006, she joined DIE WELT, where she went on to build the Titelthema section at Welt am Sonntag, establish the Digital Storytelling unit, and lead the investigation and features (Reportage) department. In January 2022, she was appointed Editor-in-Chief.
