Finsbury is pleased to announce the return of Conor McClafferty as a Partner.
Conor moved to Dublin in 2016, joining Ireland's leading executive search and leadership advisory firm MERC Partners, a Spencer Stuart company. Conor worked with many domestic and multinational clients and successfully completed numerous senior executive and non-executive search assignments.
Prior to this, Conor worked in London for fourteen years, most recently as a Partner with Finsbury. He advised Boards, CEOs and senior executives on a range of strategic areas, including media relations, financial communications and investor relations, employee engagement, executive transition and organisational change, mergers and acquisitions, litigation, and reputation management.
Conor graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce from University College Dublin and a Master of Science from The Michael Smurfit Graduate School of Business.
He’ll start in October, splitting his time between London and Dublin.
