FGS GLOBAL, JULY 18, 2023, LONDON: Leading global strategic communications advisory firm FGS Global today announces that Paul Sullivan has joined the firm as a Partner to further expand its fast growing Equity Advisory & Investor Relations (IR) practice.
Paul brings highly relevant and valuable experience after 29 years as an equity research analyst covering two dynamic growth sectors. He joins from Barclays where he built the highly ranked Business & Professional Services team from scratch and led on multiple EMEA IPOs in the process. Prior to his 14 years at Barclays, Paul spent 15 years at Merrill Lynch in the No.1 Ranked Media Equity Research team.
Paul is the fourth Partner to join the Equity Advisory team in London and this key appointment will help to meet increasing demand for expertise in advising Boards, company management and investor relations on all matters related to investor engagement, optimising valuation and market impact through strategic advice and communications excellence. His role will include support across the reporting cycle, for capital markets days, ESG integration, activism defence and perception studies.
