Finsbury, the global strategic communications consultancy, today announced that Justin Shinebourne has joined the firm as a Partner in London, where he will build out a new Equity Advisory practice.
Justin brings 25 years of experience in markets and investment banking. As Head and then Chairman of Equity Advisory Europe at Barclays Investment Bank, he provided strategic counsel to companies across EMEA on all matters related to their valuation, market impact and communication.
Prior to the Equity Advisory role, Justin had 17 years Equity Sales experience at Morgan Stanley, HSBC and Barclays, the last seven of which were as a Head of European Equity Sales. While at HSBC, Justin was a Member of the Regional Equity Management Committee responsible for developing and implementing strategy across Research, Trading and Sales to form a cohesive brokerage business.
