Katrin Suder becomes Senior Advisor at FGS Global

— Consulting focus: business strategies for the stakeholder economy

FRANKFURT/BERLIN, June 14, 2022 — Renowned strategy expert and long-time McKinsey consultant Dr. Katrin Suder joins FGS Global as Senior Advisor, strengthening the Corporate Reputation Practice with immediate effect. With this addition to the senior team, the world's leading consultancy for strategic communications is further expanding its integrated offering of strategy and communications consulting and is placing further focus on stakeholder orientation in the development of corporate strategies.

Until 2014, Katrin Suder worked for the management consultancy McKinsey for almost 15 years advising German and globally operating companies in the IT industry on major strategy projects. From 2014 to 2018, she was State Secretary at the Federal Ministry of Defense. As of 2018, she was chair of the newly established ten-member Digital Council of the German federal government under Angela Merkel. She also holds various mandates on national and international supervisory boards. Katrin Suder is broadly involved in social and societal initiatives. Among other things, she is committed to the topics diversity and women in leadership. She is active in an honorary capacity for the children's rights organization Save the Children and is a Senior Fellow at the Hertie School. Katrin Suder studied physics and holds a PhD in neuroinformatics, a bachelor's degree in theater and linguistics, and was a fellow of the Studienstiftung des Deutschen Volkes.
