The Wall Street Journal featured findings from FGS Global’s Cybersecurity and Data Privacy team in a piece examining the impact of updated cybersecurity disclosure rules introduced by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) last year.
After closely following all subsequent 8-K filings, Scott Lindlaw, head of the cyber practice at FGS Global, told the Journal, “The bulk of the data shows a surprising lack of volatility when these things hit, at least in the short-term. Investors just do not seem superfazed by these.”
