DevSecOps Engineer

With over 1,400 team members in 31 offices on three continents, FGS Global is one of the world's leading strategic communications consultancies. In continental Europe, we are a team of over 300 employees spread across nine offices in Amsterdam, Berlin, Brussels, Dusseldorf, Frankfurt (Main), the Hague, Munich, Paris and Zurich.  Our clients include start-ups and DAX-listed companies, private equity funds and multinational corporations that we advise all over the world.

We are seeking a skilled DevSecOps Engineer to join our Global Development Team in the EU/UK region, ideally based in Berlin. You’ll help build and secure digital infrastructure for global clients and drive the development of our own internal tools and services.

As a DevSecOps Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting, enhancing, and securing both client-facing and internal digital platforms. You will design and manage robust, secure development pipelines, lead Infrastructure as Code and security automation projects, and ensure efficient, compliant deployments across Google Cloud, Azure, and Vercel. You’ll collaborate with engineering, analytics, and data teams to operationalize LLMs, manage compliance, and deliver scalable, cost-effective, and secure solutions.
