The incumbent will be responsible for:
Engage in the complete design cycle, from research and ideation to execution
Collaborate with various teams and report to the Associate Director, Design (Asia)
Adhere to our brand guidelines while designing company materials
Create designs across diverse media based on creative briefings
Juggle between teams and projects, adapting to varying specifications
Familiarize with the business needs and design accordingly
Skills & Requirements
Candidates should demonstrate:
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite (Word and PowerPoint)
Knowledge of design tools including Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator
Web design knowledge would be a distinct advantage
an exceptional academic background (preferably in design, creative media, marketing communications or related disciplines);
excellent trilingual communications and presentation skills;
be able to work under tight deadlines;
analytical self-motivated, detail-oriented and a team player;
a good understanding and/or interest in financial services, international capital markets as well as the financial media landscape would be a plus.
