FGS Global is seeking a tech-savvy intern to support help desk operations and identity & access management (IAM) tasks. This role offers hands-on experience in IT support and security management, and the opportunity learn alongside our growing Global Corporate Operations team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide help desk support to internal and remote users.

  • Assist with IAM tasks like verification of proper user access and licensing as well as user provisioning and de-provisioning.

  • Troubleshoot technical issues and maintain IT documentation.

  • Support IT security protocols and quality assurance efforts.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Currently pursuing a degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

  • Familiarity with help desk software and applications like Okta and Microsoft O365 administration.

  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

  • Eagerness to learn IT support and security practices

REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be able to work in our NYC or DC office 2-3 days per week.
