We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Intern to join our team for Fall 2025. This role will support key initiatives around customer relationship management (CRM) systems and data analytics, helping drive insights and improve data quality across the business. This is a hands-on opportunity to work at the intersection of technology and business operations, contributing to real projects that support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the management and maintenance of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Mi or similar)
Help with data entry, cleansing, validation, and enrichment efforts
Support reporting and dashboard development using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
Collaborate with IT and business teams to improve data accuracy and system usability
Support the writing of training scripts and the digestion of feedback
Document system processes, workflows, and data mapping as needed
Participate in meetings and help identify process improvement opportunities
Qualifications:
Current undergraduate or graduate student in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field
Familiarity with CRM platforms (experience with Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with Power BI or Tableau is a plus
Interest in systems, data, and cross-functional collaboration
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
