We are recruiting for a Research & Data Associate to join our Research & Insight team based in London. We are looking for a energetic and inquisitive Associate to join our newly created team in London. This is a unique opportunity to be make an impact on the growing practice area and work on stimulating client briefs, using research, data and insight to inform the strategy of some of the world’s best-known businesses.
Typical duties will involve:
Conduct qualitative research using various methodologies, such as in-depth interviews, focus groups, observations, and document analysis, to gather insights and inform project objectives.
Assist in the design of research tools, such as interview guides and questionnaires, ensuring they align with research objectives and best practices.
Coordinate and schedule research activities, such as interviews, focus groups, and site visits, while adhering to project timelines.
Identify and recruit participants for research projects, adhering to best practice standards for research recruitment.
Transcribe and analyse research data, identifying key themes, patterns, and insights that address research objectives.
Collaborate with team to interpret the research findings and contribute towards recommendations and strategy for client.
Contribute to the preparation of research reports, presentations, and other deliverables, ensuring they are clear, concise, and engaging for diverse audiences.
Participate in team meetings and workshops, contributing ideas and insights to inform project planning and decision-making.
Maintain a strong knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, industry trends, and best practices, sharing learnings with the team and applying them to ongoing projects.
Support the development and maintenance of a research database, ensuring data is stored securely and is easily accessible for analysis and reporting.
