Team Assistant (m/f/d)
What tasks can you look forward to?
You will represent and look after our reception and conference area.
As the first point of contact, you welcome our customers, business partners and guests with a smile.
You will support our office management and take care of various administrative tasks, such as processing incoming/outgoing mail, courier shipments as well as processing invoices from external service providers.
You will be responsible for ordering office supplies as well as for the administration and maintenance of our conference rooms.
You will help prepare internal and external events and ensure that they run smoothly.
You will support our senior consultants proactively and with anticipation in many organizational and administrative tasks such as but not limited to appointments and travel management.
You will communicate closely with colleagues at the other European locations and focus on the smooth and efficient running of the Brussels office.
You will support the travel management as well as the travel expense reports of the colleagues.
Further on you will contribute to a continuous improvement of internal administrative and organizational processes.
What should you bring along?
You have already gained professional experience as a receptionist or team assistant in an international environment, ideally in a professional services firm (consulting / agency / law firm etc.)
You have great organization, listening, communication skills & a problem solving mindset
Your English is excellent, and your knowledge of French and Dutch is very good. If you also speak German, that would be perfect.
You are a team player with a pronounced "hands-on" mentality and enjoy taking on new challenges.
You are responsible and careful in your work and have a talent for organization.
You are confident in using the Microsoft Office package.
