I started my career as a journalist at Bloomberg, Reuters and later on MTV as a digital lead. I then built TikTok in Europe in 2019 as a brand strategist where I worked with the most important luxury brands and did a lot of creative thinking at Media Arts Lab, Apple's dedicated creative agency.

Life Beyond FGS Global

I split my time between London, Paris and Shanghai. three very different worlds that all feel like home. I’m mum to two tiny humans and a furry one. I’m a fashion obsessive who believes any occasion deserves a great outfit. Outside FGS, life is fuelled by family, food, and a touch of fabulous.

Agathe leads the Engagement & Influence practice at FGS Global, based in London. She brings over a decade of experience at the intersection of digital strategy, brand development, and content innovation, advising clients on how to navigate complex reputational landscapes and build stronger connections with their audiences.

Agathe has worked with some of the world’s most influential brands, including Apple and TikTok, developing creative strategy, digital campaigns, and market positioning across global markets. Her work spans sectors such as technology, media, entertainment, and consumer goods - helping brands translate cultural insight into commercial impact through data-driven strategy and bold storytelling.

Before joining FGS Global, Agathe held leadership roles at TBWA\Media Arts Lab and TikTok, and earlier in her career worked across content and brand strategy at MTV, Reuters, and Bloomberg. She combines a sharp editorial instinct with deep technical understanding of social ecosystems and emerging trends.

Agathe is fluent in French and holds a degree in journalism, which underpins her strong foundation in media and storytelling.
