Ahmed had also led the FGS Global team throughout some of Saudi Tadawul Group’s major achievements, including the listing of Aramco on Saudi Exchange, the largest IPO in the history of capital markets, and the recent transformation into a Group of companies ahead of their anticipated IPO.

Other capital market transactions include advising both NCB and Samba on their merger to create Saudi Arabia's largest bank, the Saudi Arabian Mining Company “Ma’aden” capital increase through equity conversion, Tihama Advertising's capital increase through a rights issue, and the IPO of Saudi food delivery start-up “Jahez”.

Ahmed brings nine years of experience in the investment, finance and energy industries across UAE, Saudi Arabia and the wider MENA region, having worked as the main contact point for a variety of investment transactions, including two IPOs, a number of M&As, share swap transactions in Saudi Arabia, Morocco and Algeria as well as other private equity deals in the UAE.

Before joining FGS Global, he was an Investor Relations Consultant with Hill+Knowlton Strategies advising clients such as ADNOC Distribution, TAQA, Abu Dhabi Global Market “ADGM” and the UAE Central Bank.

Previously, he worked as an Investor Relations Specialist with Mawarid Finance PJSC, handling the Investor Relations function while being the primary contact point for their investment arm. He also played a significant role in the re-listing of Amlak Finance PJSC in the Dubai Financial Market and managed their investor relations function for more than two years.

He has extensive financial analysis and portfolio management experience, having worked as a Financial Analyst for two capital management firms in Dubai, and was responsible for creating all investor-related presentations, communication materials, and messaging.
