As a Managing Director in FGS Global’s London office, Alastair leads the UK’s private capital practice, advising a range of global private investment firms and their portfolio companies.
His experience includes all types of investment and M&A communications, corporate reputation campaigns and other special situations work including restructuring, litigation and crisis support. He previously co-led the London TMT team, working with listed and private technology and telecoms businesses, and he has also spent time working in FGS’s New York office.
Prior to FGS Global Alastair worked at EY as a management consultant specialising in customer strategy and insight. He has a first in History from Oxford University.
