Alyssa Jackson

Alyssa Jackson is a Director in the New York office. She leads business development for the Transaction & Financial Communications practice, working across mergers and acquisitions, shareholder activism, IPOs, investor relations, private capital and restructuring mandates.

Alyssa partners with leadership to identify and pursue opportunities with corporate boards and management teams, and plays a central role in positioning the firm for high-profile transactions and contested situations. She develops relationships across the deal ecosystem — investment banks, law firms and financial sponsors — and translates market and competitive intelligence into pitch strategy, client targeting and origination efforts. She also supports the practice's thought leadership and market-facing initiatives.

Prior to joining FGS, Alyssa spent three and a half years in business development for Davis Polk's capital markets practice, where she focused on IPO targeting, referral coverage, conferences & events, and client development for issuers and underwriters.
