Alyssa Lorenzo

Alyssa Lorenzo is a Partner in the Los Angeles office. She advises clients on a wide range of complex situations, including M&A transactions, financial restructurings, litigation, executive changes and a variety of crisis situations. She has also worked on the development and execution of a number of corporate positioning programs.

Alyssa provides communications counsel to public and private companies, representing clients across many industries, including financial services, media, technology, real estate, retail, healthcare and food. She has expertise working with investment firms and financial sponsors, advising and executing on ongoing media relations and corporate reputation programs as well as providing transaction and crisis support. Notable long-term clients include Oaktree Capital, Golden Gate Capital, and ICONIQ Capital.

Alyssa has extensive experience working with clients on financial restructurings and Chapter 11 cases. Representative restructuring projects include working with NPC International and Nordic Aviation Capital on their respective Chapter 11 processes.

Prior to joining predecessor firm Sard Verbinnen, Alyssa worked for two boutique litigation firms where she served as a legal assistant in support of a variety of business and real estate cases. Alyssa graduated with honors from the University of California, Los Angeles with a B.A. degree in American Literature and Culture.
