Amanda is a Director in the New York office. She draws upon her international experience to advise clients on a wide range of transactions and special situations, including M&A, shareholder activism, restructurings, leadership transitions, litigation, issues management, and other high-stakes reputational matters.

Prior to joining FGS Global, Amanda worked at Kekst CNC, where she advised clients across the US, Europe, and the Middle East on financial communications, crisis and issues management, as well as proactive reputation-building efforts and corporate positioning. She started her career at the European Commission in Brussels, Belgium, where she worked on emerging technologies and intellectual property policy.

Amanda holds an M.S. in Global Politics from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and a B.A. in International Relations from Queen Mary University of London. She is fluent in Swedish.
