Amy Gross is a Managing Director at FGS Global, where she brings two decades of experience advising clients on reputation and issues management across a variety of sectors, including retail, nonprofit, automotive, education and media.

Amy partners with clients to navigate complex communications challenges, developing and implementing sustained reputation strategies that advance business and organization goals. Her work addresses reputation from every direction including media, thought leadership, employee communications as well as stakeholder and influencer engagement. In particular, she has a deep understanding of how to craft and elevate distinct purpose-driven narratives that position executives as leaders, allowing them to enter and drive critical national conversations on meaningful societal issues that are key to their business.

Prior to FGS Global, Amy was with Robinson, Lerer & Montgomery, where she worked with clients to develop and implement strategic communications programs. She began her career at Viking Press, overseeing national media campaigns for best-selling fiction and non-fiction authors. A graduate of Haverford College, she holds a BA in English. She lives with her family in Brooklyn, NY.
