He/Him

Advises multinationals, investors, and institutions on geopolitical, regulatory, and reputational challenges with the team across Asia.
Led the Asia advisory practice of a global political risk advisory firm, with earlier roles at the Singapore Exchange and the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy.
Escaping Singapore’s endless summer for snowboarding trips in Japan and Europe when possible. Back home, going for tennis and protein shakes but often settling for pickleball and craft beers.
Andrew Yeo advises multinational corporations, investors, and institutions on how to navigate geopolitical, regulatory, and reputational complexity across Asia. Based in Singapore, he works closely with senior leadership teams on strategic communications and public affairs, helping them make sense of policy uncertainty, manage stakeholder pressure, and respond decisively when it matters most.
Before joining FGS Global, Andrew led the Asia practice at Global Counsel, where he worked with clients on political and regulatory developments, cross-border strategy, and market entry across the region. His focus has been on helping organisations stay ahead of risk while positioning themselves to operate effectively in complex, fast-moving and fragmented environments.
Earlier in his career, he was at the Singapore Exchange, contributing to regulatory and market development initiatives, and at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, where he supported the S R Nathan Fellowships for the Study of Singapore and researched on governance and public policy.
Alongside his advisory work, Andrew is active in the startup ecosystem. He serves as a director of Qumata, an insurtech company, and is an advisor to Thryft, a recommerce platform.
