Anna Cordasco is a Partner in FGS Global's New York office. She advises high profile individuals and corporate clients on a range of issues including crises, sensitive reputational matters, litigation, media relations and transactions.

Recent assignments include advising Vector Group on the spin-off of Douglas Elliman, counseling an investor on media strategy in the Varsity Blues college admissions situation, representing a CEO and Founder of an international non-profit accused of negligence, and assisting a global investment advisory firm in connection with sexual harassment allegations against an executive.

Earlier in her career, Anna provided communications counsel to former New York Governors David Paterson and Eliot Spitzer, and to Martha Stewart in her legal defense against criminal charges. For many years, she advised IMG Worldwide on various crises, joint ventures in China, India and Brazil, and on its acquisition by William Morris Endeavor.

Anna began her career in communications at an international investment bank. She was later a member of the M&A group at Ogilvy Adams & Rinehart and a founding partner of predecessor firm Sard Verbinnen & Co.

She holds a BA degree in Political Theory from New York University.
