Anne Gearan is a Partner in FGS Global’s Strategic Communications Division based in Washington, D.C. Anne specializes in media strategy, messaging and issue management. Anne brings decades of experience covering politics and policy as a reporter to help clients navigate in Washington and beyond.
Anne covered four presidents and five secretaries of state, serving most recently as a White House correspondent for The Washington Post during the Biden and Trump administrations. Anne also covered national politics and foreign policy and served as an on-air political contributor for NBC News and MSNBC. Earlier, Anne covered the White House, State Department and Supreme Court for The Associated Press.
A native of Pittsford, N.Y., Anne graduated from Allegheny College with a BA in English and History. She currently lives in Washington.
