Ashish is a Managing Director in the Equity Advisory team at FGS Global, having joined the firm in June 2025. With over a decade of experience in the financial institutions sector Ashish brings deep expertise in corporate finance, capital markets strategy, and stakeholder engagement.
Prior to joining FGS Global, Ashish spent over 8 years in FIG investment banking, advising leading banks, insurers, and financial services firms on a range of strategic transactions—including M&A, equity capital markets (ECM) activity, and broader capital raising initiatives. This background has equipped Ashish with a strong foundation in valuation, financial analysis, and the development of compelling equity stories and investment cases.
Ashish holds an MBA in Finance and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder.
