Rebecca Park is a Partner in FGS Global's London office, advising banks, payments firms, fintechs, and digital asset companies on financial policy, regulation, and strategic communications.

She brings nearly two decades of experience working at the intersection of government, industry, and financial markets. At FGS Global, she advises clients on political and regulatory risk, stakeholder engagement, and cross-border advocacy across the U.K., EU, and internationally.

Prior to joining FGS Global, Rebecca was Managing Director at Global Counsel, where she served on the Executive Committee and Board and led strategic advisory work for global financial institutions, fintechs, and digital asset firms. She also acted as the firm's COO, overseeing commercial, financial, and operational functions globally.

Before that, Rebecca was a founding executive of U.K. Finance, the trade association formed from the merger of six industry bodies. As Managing Director of External Affairs and a member of the Executive Committee, she led the corporate affairs function with responsibility for public affairs, media, strategy, and marketing, representing banks, payments firms, and fintechs through periods of rapid regulatory and political change, including Brexit and Covid-19.

Earlier in her career, Rebecca served as Director of Government Affairs and Chief of Staff at the British Bankers' Association, where she led U.K. government strategy and built coalitions on issues including Open Banking, SME lending, and LIBOR reform. She began her professional life as a solicitor at Nabarro LLP, advising funds and asset managers on structuring, joint ventures, and investment transactions.

Rebecca is a Non-Executive Director of Rapidrop Global, a family-owned manufacturing business that recently welcomed the British Growth Fund as a minority investor. She holds a BA in Politics from Durham University.
