Brandon Messina is a Partner in the New York office. Recent representations include a leading healthcare technology company in connection with a DOJ enforcement action and settlement over alleged violations of the Anti-Kickback Statute and the False Claims Act; an international bank in connection with a DOJ investigation into alleged violations of U.S. sanctions laws; a preeminent philanthropic organization in connection with whistleblower allegations and retaliation claims; a well-known public company in connection with the high-profile departure of a senior executive; a leading alternative asset manager in connection with a gender discrimination lawsuit; and high-profile individuals in connection with a range of federal and state litigation matters. Brandon also contributes to the firm's pro bono representation of a leading civil rights organization focused on LGBTQ issues.
