Bridget is a Director in FGS Global’s New York office, bringing over a decade of experience advising leading organizations on high-stakes transactions, special situations, and complex reputational challenges. With deep expertise across mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, restructurings, bankruptcies, shareholder activism, and crisis management, Bridget is a trusted advisor to C-suite executives navigating critical inflection points. She also leads ongoing media relations and corporate communications programs for her clients that enhance reputation and drive stakeholder engagement.
Prior to joining FGS Global, Bridget served as a Director at FTI Consulting, where she counseled clients on reputation management, crisis communications, M&A, litigation, restructuring, executive transitions, and post-merger integration. Her cross-sector experience spans industries including financial services, technology, healthcare, and consumer brands.
Bridget holds a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism from the University of Missouri, with an emphasis in International Strategic Communication and a minor in Business.
